Meetra Javed is a Pakistani-American New York based producer/ep and creative leader.
Her 9 years of video, photo, and design experience comes with variety: working at the top agencies, production companies, and even in-house directly with brands. Functioning like a Swiss army knife she’s managing creative teams, budgets, timelines, operations, production, and cross functional relationships between departments and external vendors. From seeing through documentaries to branded 360 campaigns, influencer contracts and social media, brand partnerships, to live experiences: she delivers tailored and attentive solutions. She’s also fun to work with!
GIVING BACK
Meetra is deeply committed to women's health and mental health advocacy. She has organized nonprofit events for organizations such as Planned Parenthood, emphasizing women's rights, and has facilitated diversity-focused events for brands like Instagram. Her initiatives have successfully raised awareness and engagement in these critical areas.
PERSONAL PURSUITS:
Her first book of poems and essays, Standard Deviation, was released in November 2024. It was featured in Vogue, and is available at prominent galleries, including Perrotin Gallery, Hauser & Wirth, Bridget Donahue Gallery, Lichen, Dear Friend Books, Printed Matter, and Skylight Books. Her written work has been featured in respected publications such as World Literature Today, Sonora Review, and Columbia Journal (Columbia University).
